We're back to the USA! Scroll down for updated pictures from our travels.
We just updated with pictures from Costa Rica.

We were married in Peoria IL at a small gathering of Wolfs & Teiweses.
Following some Latin adventures in Peru & Costa Rica, we will be back on the North Shore in late March and have a Massachusetts celebration on April 18th.

The Costa Rica pictures include our trip to the Osa Peninsula, a cloud rainforest in San Gerardo de Dota, the Arenal Volcano, the Orosi Valley, and San Jose. A real special part of our trip was getting to spend time with Will and Ella, some of Becky's friends from college who work with the Methodist Church in Costa Rica. Will teaches at a local seminary and they are working on helping to build a children's home as well as leading a weekly children's club. Their website is www.fairclothcostarica.com

We made it to Costa Rica. Below are more misc. pictures from Peru including the Mejia Beach and Festival in the Colca Valley. Next we're headed to the Osa peninsula in Costa Rica.

From Cusco and Maccu Picchu, we headed to Lake Titicaca (why is that so fun to say?) and Taquile Island. From there we headed south through the 14,000 foot peaks, got stuck in some snowy mountain traffic with our autistic friend Pedro (why does mark always have to be so friendly?), and arrived in the ¨white city¨ of Arequipa. Arequipa is full of great history, convents, churches, museums, etc... We visited St. Catherine´s convent and we liked this message the Dominican nuns left for the public to read. ¨After more than 400 years we are still here, because our contemplative vocation is LOVE. This is our great secret of being happy: to be in love, neither with an idea nor a project, but with Jesus Christ.¨ Preach it nuns!

We made it to Peru for the first part of our honeymoon. Here are some pictures from Cusco & Machu Picchu. I´ll try to post some more next week.

Pictures from the big day.

Thanks to our cousins Dan & Katie for taking pictures and to Jake for playing music.
Here's the processional that he played.

Some of the Ladies from Becky's Georgia Wedding Shower.

Some of the Guys from Mark's Massachusetts Bachlor party. We were singing Johnny Cash "Ring of Fire" at Jacob Worths

We wanted to buy wedding rings from a local jeweler. After driving around Cape Ann, we found Leslie Wind. She made custom rings from gold passed on to us from our families.
